The BCO is committed to supporting our members’ mental health. It’s not always easy to know where to find support, but many of us need it.

If you are experiencing a mental health problem, you’re not alone. Mind found that 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England, while each week 1 in 6 people reports experiencing a common problem such as anxiety or depression.
