This award recognises office buildings, campuses, business parks, and science parks that go beyond great design and functionality to create <strong>exceptional customer experiences<\/strong> for occupiers, employees, and visitors.<\/p>\n<p>Following the launch of BCO\u2019s latest research report, <em>&#8220;Towards Experience Utopia \u2013 Customer Experience Best Practice in the UK Office Sector&#8221;<\/em>, this new award further highlights and celebrates organisations that are setting new benchmarks in workplace experience.<\/p>\n<p>As workplace expectations continue to evolve, <strong>this award honours excellence in leadership, service delivery, customer engagement, well-being, sustainability, and innovation<\/strong>. If your office space is redefining customer experience, we encourage you to enter!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Who can enter?<\/strong> Owners, managers, and\/or occupiers of office buildings (including individual office floors), office campuses, business parks, and science parks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Who are the customers?<\/strong> Your customers could include occupiers (tenants), employees, visitors, and the wider community.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Judging criteria:<\/strong> Entries will be assessed on best practice in customer strategy, leadership, operational excellence, occupier engagement, well-being, sustainability, and innovation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Judging process:<\/strong> A shortlist of entries will be selected following a desk-based assessment, with final judging taking place via site visits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Submission deadline:<\/strong> <strong>Thursday 10 April 2025, 5pm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Entry fee:<\/strong> \u00a3250 + VAT per submission<\/li>\n<li><strong>National Awards Ceremony:<\/strong> <strong>Tuesday 7 October 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Enter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To enter, download the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bco.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/BCO-Awards-2025-Customer-Experience-Award-Entry-Guide-Final2.pdf\"><strong>Customer Experience Award Entry Guide<\/strong> <\/a>and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bco.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/BCO-Awards-2025-Customer-Experience-Entry-Form-editable.pdf\">Entry Form<\/a><\/strong>, then follow the instructions to prepare your submission.
